Author and Artist  Bio

Sheryl Stradling is an award-winning visual artist and author. Her book, Faith, Power, Joy: Spiritual Guidance from 5 Generations of Remarkable Women, is a memoir recounting the challenges, successes and spiritual lessons of the women in her family. Her book is an Amazon best seller and won the 2018 Body Mind Spirit book award for Spiritual Healing, as well as a Readers Favorite Five-Stars award. Stradling is also a contributor to Journey of an Empath, a compilation of empaths’ stories from around the world which highlight how the highly sensitive peoples’ abilities can be transformed into their greatest strengths.

As an artist, Stradling works in mixed media. She is a nonobjective and abstract artist. Her work is eclectic, drawing inspiration from nature, architecture, Asian culture and cross-cultural symbols. Her work has been shown in Seattle, Southern California and metro Phoenix, and has won numerous awards. Stradling has a minor in fine art from Western Washington University and studied drawing, painting and printmaking at Pratt Fine Arts Center in Seattle, Washington.
